Upcoming EventsGet your lab coats at the ready – as we turn Baldersby Park into a laboratory with teacher and founder of Super Scientists’ Club, Becca Clarkson!
With the help of Becca, a passionate scientist and ecologist, our young scientists will learn about the importance of clean water and why dirty water is bad for people and the planet, through some hands-on experiments that will develop their analytical skills and natural curiosity.
Discovery continues after lunch and some free play, as we head over to the lake to see what aquatic life exists when water is clean. Using nets, sampling trays and magnifying glasses we’ll be able to investigate and identify who is living below the surface and what their role in the ecosystem could be.
As always, we offer so much more in our days than just the activities - games, free play, crafts and child-led adaptations are all thrown into the mix to ensure everyone gets the most out of their day with us.
*Warm drinks and homemade snacks will be included.
