Archery & Den Building - Ages 7-13

We start the day by walking through the sheep flock to Thirsk Bowmen’s archery range, which is based at Baldersby Park. These archers are passionate about shooting arrows and offer expert and fun instruction for everyone, with additional challenge for those with a little more experience. This is the real deal – no sticks with suckers on, here!

After lunch, we head into the woods to get creative and design dens and shelters for Robin Hood and his Merry Men and Women. Using our dedicated den building area with heaps of branches and sticks on offer, as well as paracords, tarps and groundsheets we have all we need to make the best dens for England’s most famous outlaws!
